We set aside an entire day from 8am-6pm to work together on your personal situation. That includes a close look at your present situation in all four areas – power-thinking, power-speaking, power-presence, and power teams. Then we will work together on any specific questions or problems you might have. Then we outline clear, actionable next steps for each of these four areas. One week after our Strategy Day you’ll receive a written action plan based on what we discussed in person.

A personalised Custom Action Plan
A Custom Action Plan provides a close examination of yourself and your organisation across all four areas (power-thinking, power-speaking, power-presence, and power teams). It includes a step-by-step action plan you can implement to build up and strengthen all four areas.
Total investment is $2,200 (inc. GST for Australians). Two week turnaround.
Speech, messaging, & content audit.
You submit a draft of your speech, social media content, media release, website copy, or any other form of messaging, and fill in some required background information. Two weeks later, I deliver detailed, in-depth, and thorough written feedback. Everything is done via email and voice messages. So you never have to find time to squeeze in yet another call. Doing it this way gives you more freedom… And means you don’t have to find time for yet another meeting… Which means you don’t have more on you plate – and you save yourself hours of time… All while getting personal, private, thoughtful bespoke help.
Feedback will be delivered in the document, with high-level comments at the start, and then tracked changes, and specific comments/questions throughout the submitted document. (As an example, I’ve sent through 278 comments and revisions on a 34-page document. The response? “A lifesaver.”)
In addition to the written feedback, I include a video going through all my comments, questions, and feedback, and explaining my thought process, so you’re not left in the dark about anything.

If you don’t see any change in agreed-upon success markers inside 90 days, I will work with you for up to one full year at no extra charge until you see results in our agreed-upon markers.
NB: There are two conditions on this promise:
A) You must have implemented everything I give you. I am not responsible for a lack of results if you don’t implement; and
B) This only applies for working directly with me. It doesn’t apply for workshops or Custom Action Plans.
